Definitions

• "Platform" means the manilacasino website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at manilacasino.vip.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the manilacasino Platform.
• "Balance" means the PHP amount held in a Player's manilacasino wallet, comprising deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by manilacasino subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by manilacasino in compliance with Philippine anti-money-laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

Eligibility

To register and use the manilacasino Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is lawful.
• You are not a national or resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of manilacasino or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any regulatory prohibition on gaming.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee or agent for a third party.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the manilacasino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must notify manilacasino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• manilacasino is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to protect their credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or sold to any third party.

Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the manilacasino Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits may be made via approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank online banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• manilacasino does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Deposits are processed in real time via secure encrypted payment gateways. manilacasino is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the source of funds is lawful and not derived from criminal or fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity checks.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• manilacasino reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks or where fraud is suspected.

Bonuses & Promotions

manilacasino offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction constitutes abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
• manilacasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus calculations, the records maintained by manilacasino's systems shall be deemed authoritative.
• Players who, in the sole opinion of manilacasino, exploit bonuses in bad faith — including through low-risk hedging strategies — may have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the manilacasino Platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own ruleset, displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded by the game provider's server, the server record shall prevail.

• manilacasino does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any time, as providers may perform maintenance or withdraw titles.
• Bets placed on games affected by technical faults will be voided and stakes returned. This applies to both slot titles and live dealer games.
• Live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of each table as announced by the dealer or displayed on screen.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manilacasino Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or exploiting software errors;
• Attempting to charge back deposits via payment processors;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering

manilacasino is committed to complying with all applicable Philippine anti-money-laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. We reserve the right to request the following documents from any player at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered name matching the player account);
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual account activity.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by manilacasino will result in a freeze on withdrawals until documentation is received and approved.

Responsible Gaming

manilacasino is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in the Philippines. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts when your session reaches a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the manilacasino Platform. Requests are processed within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the manilacasino Platform — including but not limited to the manilacasino brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, and game assets provided by third-party providers — is the property of manilacasino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, manilacasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming winnings due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control. manilacasino's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

manilacasino reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Players may close their manilacasino account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

Amendments to These Terms

manilacasino reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the manilacasino Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including disputes regarding account closure, balance disputes, or bonus calculations, shall first be submitted to manilacasino's internal dispute resolution process via the official support channel. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR or the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
